Carroll Hubbard Jr.
(born July 7, 1937) is an American former politician.
A Democrat, he represented Kentucky in the United States House of Representatives from 1975 to 1993. Hubbard grew up in Murray, Kentucky, graduated from Georgetown College in 1959 and from the University of Louisville law school in 1962.
In 1967, he was elected to serve in the Kentucky Senate.
