- He has also served as the vice-chairman of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, governor of Qinghai Province, and party chief of the Tibet Autonomous Region.Currently served as one of the vice chairmen of the 9 th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference since March,2018 .
