- Quinnel Levar Brown (born August 26, 1983) is an American professional basketball player for the Windsor Express of the National Basketball League of Canada (NBL).
- He primarily plays the power forward position, but has been known to even guard small forwards and shooting guards.
- Brown has experience in multiple minor league basketball leagues in North America and has also competed with several different teams around Europe. Brown played multiple seasons in the NBL Canada for the Quebec Kebs, Halifax Rainmen, and Express.
