- Frank Varner (14 July 1937 – 26 June 2001) was a Norwegian businessman. He was born in Oslo to Petter Oskar Varner and Solveig Kleve.
- He settled in Asker- a suburb of Oslo- where he died in 2001. He married Turid Iversen in 1961.
- Varner opened his first clothes store in Oslo in 1962.
- In 1967 he founded Dressmann, a chain of men's clothing stores.
