- Per Espen Stoknes (born 9 March 1967) is a Norwegian psychologist and politician for the Green Party. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Oslo during the term 2017–2021.
- From November 2017 he met in place of Une Aina Bastholm who went on a one-year maternity leave.
