- Dumitru Moraru (born 8 May 1956) is a Romanian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper from 1972 until 1991.
- Moraru played for rival clubs Steaua and Dinamo Bucuresti and Norwegian side IK Start.
- He earned 39 caps for the Romania national football team, and participated in the UEFA Euro 1984.
