- Ukkirapandi Muthuramalinga Thevar (30 October 1908 – 30 October 1963), also known as Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar, was a significant figure in the 20th century politics of the state of Tamil Nadu, India.
- He was a socialist and sometime colleague of Subhas Chandra Bose who became the leader of the All India Forward Bloc (AIFB), of which he was national deputy chairman from 1952.
