- Hiroshi Okada (?? ?, Okada Hiroshi, born January 31, 1947) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party, a member of the House of Councillors in the Diet (national legislature).
- A native of Mito, Ibaraki and graduate of Ritsumeikan University, he had served in the assembly of Ibaraki Prefecture since 1986 and as mayor of Mito for three terms since 1993.
- In 2003 he was elected to the House of Councillors for the first time.
