Francis Kernan (January 14, 1816 – September 7, 1892) was an American lawyer and politician.
A resident of New York, he was active in politics as a Democrat, and served in several elected offices, including member of the New York State Assembly, member of the United States House of Representatives, and United States Senator from 1875 to 1881.
