About Taher Sabahi
- Seyed Taher Sabahi (born July 21, 1940) is an art dealer, journalist, author and lecturer born in Tehran. Sabahi is a founding member of the Italy Merchants of Eastern Carpets Institute and has written a number of books on Eastern rugs and rug making. He is also the editor in chief of the Ghereh International Carpet & Textile Review journal which is published in Italian and English. Sabahi is a member of the Board of Officers of the Persian Hand-Knotted Carpet Think Tank.
