- Major General Patrick Richard Kay, (1 August 1921 – 19 September 2013) was a senior Royal Marines officer and civil servant.
- He served as Commanding Officer of 43 Commando, Commanding Officer of the Amphibious Training Unit and Chief of Staff, Royal Marines.
