- Hopeton Eric Brown (September 26, 1974/August 26, 1974 – March 21, 2004) was sought in the United States for his involvement in drug-related activities, as well as for the murder of a man and the attempted murder of a woman at an apartment in Saint Paul, Minnesota, on March 21 of 1997.
- He was also wanted by authorities in Jamaica for allegedly committing two murders in Montego Bay, having killed one individual by a stray bullet and another individual for leaning on his car January 14 of 2001.
- He was then placed on the FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitives in 2001.
- On March 21, 2004, Brown was killed during a gunfight with Jamaican law-enforcement in Barrett Town, Montego Bay, Jamaica.
