- Geza de Kaplany (born June 27, 1926) is a Hungarian-born physician who emigrated to the United States in the late 1950s.
- In 1963, he was convicted of first-degree murder in California after mutilating his wife with a scalpel and corrosive strong acids, thus causing her death.
