- Josephine Teo Li Min née Yong Li Min (Chinese: ???; pinyin: Yáng LìmÃng; born 8 July 1968) is a Singaporean politician.
- A member of the country's governing People's Action Party (PAP), she is currently the Minister of Manpower and Second Minister of Home Affairs.
- She is the third woman to be made a full minister in Singapore's history after Lim Hwee Hua and Grace Fu.
- She has been a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Bishan-Toa Payoh Group Representation Constituency since 2006.
