As of 2013, Houston began starring as a series regular in the role of Jeffrey Harrington on the Oprah Winfrey Network primetime television soap opera, The Haves and the Have Nots.
He is also known for role as Remy Boudreau on the CBS daytime soap opera Guiding Light (2002-2006).
