Oliver Henry Freckingham (born 12 November 1988 in Oakham) is an English first-class cricketer.
He currently plays for Leicestershire County Cricket Club.
He is a right arm fast-medium bowler and right-handed batsman. Freckingham has been playing for Leicestershire 2nd XI since 2010 and has also been playing league cricket with Loughborough Town, taking many wickets for both.Freckingham signed a one year contract with Leicestershire's 1st XI squad in September 2012 to play in the 2013 County Championship season.
He made his debut in the season opener against Hampshire at The Rose Bowl taking 3-100 in his first innings.
Since then Freckingham has become a regular in Leicestershire's County Championship side.
In only his 5th game he took 6-125, and had match figures of 9-188 against Northamptonshire.
He has yet to make his first appearance in limited overs cricket. In October 2013, Freckingham signed a new 2-year deal, taking him to the end of the 2015 season at Grace Road.
It was reward for him being Leiecestershire's leading wicket taker in the County Championship in 2013 with 36 wickets in his debut professional season.
