- David Dirk Hoppen (born March 13, 1964) is an American former professional basketball player who played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and other leagues.
- Hoppen played college basketball for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and is the program's all-time leading scorer.
- He was named All-Big Eight in each of his last three seasons and is generally considered one of the top players in school history.
