- A member of the Republican Party, LaRock is the member of the Virginia House of Delegates for the 33rd district.In the House of Delegates, LaRock serves on the Transportation Committee, Education Committee, and Science and Technology Committee. He also serves on three interim study commissions: the Northern Virginia Transportation Commission (NVTC), the Joint Commission on Technology and Science (JCOTS), and the Joint Commission on Transportation Accountability (JCTA)
