- Siv Henriette Jacobsen (born 14 January 1966) is a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. She served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway from Østfold during the terms 2005–2009 and 2017–2021.
- Hailing from Andøy, she studied in the US and settled at Jeløya.
- After stints in Moss municipal council and Østfold county council she became deputy county mayor in 2015.
