- Juan Frausto Pallares (July 10, 1941 - ) was a Mexican Bishop in the Archdiocese of Leon. He was born in Tomelópez to Luciano Frausto and Aurelia Pallares.

- He studied in the Apostolic School of the Diocesan Seminary of Leon and was ordained a priest on June 21, 1968 in the Cathedral of León.
- In December 2005, he was appointed Titular Bishop of Vagrauta and auxiliary of the Diocese of León by Pope Benedict XVI.
