Judith Ann Wilcox, Baroness Wilcox (née Freeman; born 31 October 1939) is a businesswoman and a Conservative Life Peer in the British House of Lords.
She was awarded her peerage in 1996 as one of the first Working Peers for her services to Consumer Services. She was appointed Under-Secretary of State for Business Innovation and Skills (Intellectual Property) from 2010 to 2012.
She has been a member of the European Union Select Committee since 2015, working closely with Government departments planning the United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union.
