- Algernon Edward Millhouse (13 May 1887 – 1 October 1948) was an Australian rules footballer who played for the Melbourne Football Club and St Kilda Football Club in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
- He also played for the Norwood Football Club in the South Australian Football League (SAFL).
- He was captain-coach of Norwood for the 1914 season.
