About Andika Perkasa
- Andika Perkasa (born 21 December 1964) is an Indonesian general who currently serves as the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army (Indonesian: Kepala Staf Angkatan Darat or KASAD).
- He was appointed by President of Indonesia Joko Widodo in 2018, replacing the retiring Mulyono. Perkasa began his career as a part of Kopassus and studied in the United States for eight years.
- He became the Commander of Paspampres by 2014 and saw rapid rise through the ranks, holding important positions and being promoted from a one-star brigadier general to a four-star general within five years.
