Max Williams (born February 28, 1938) was the general manager of the American Basketball Association team Dallas Chaparrals from 1967 to 1971.
During his time with the Chaparrals, he became the team's head coach as well from 1970 to 1971.
Outside of basketball, Williams was a real estate agent and oilman.
In 2009, Williams was inducted into the Texas Sports Hall of Fame.
