- Michael Raymond Bales (born August 6, 1971) is a Canadian retired professional ice hockey goaltender.
- He played in the National Hockey League for parts of four seasons for the Boston Bruins and the Ottawa Senators, accumulating a record of 2–15–1 and a GAA of 4.13 in 23 games.
- He is currently working as a goaltending coach for the Buffalo Sabres.
