- Rosalind Louise Spence (born 16 December 1970) is an Australian politician.
- She has been a Labor Party member of the Victorian Legislative Assembly since November 2014, representing the electorate of Yuroke.She is presently Chair of Parliament’s Electoral Matters Committee and the Parliamentary Secretary for Road Infrastructure, having previously served as Parliamentary Secretary for Public Transport and Roads, Deputy Chair of the Electoral Matters Committee, and as Government Whip.Spence is married to Victorian Labor assistant state secretary Kosmos Samaras.
- Prior to her election to state parliament, she was a councillor and former mayor of the City of Hume.
