Pádraig Flynn (born 9 May 1939) is an Irish former politician who was a member of Fianna Fáil until 2012.
He served as Minister of State at the Department of Transport from 1980 to 1981, Minister for the Gaeltacht from March 1982 to October 1982, Minister for the Environment from 1987 to 1991, Minister for Industry and Commerce and Minister for Justice from 1992 to 1993 and European Commissioner for Social Affairs from 1993 to 1999.
He served as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Mayo West constituency from 1977 to 1994.
