Ng Ser Miang, (simplified Chinese: ???; traditional Chinese: ???; pinyin: Huáng Simián; born 6 April 1949) is a Singaporean athlete, entrepreneur, and diplomat.
He founded Trans-Island Bus Services (now known as SMRT Buses) in 1982 and more recently is the non-executive chairman of the NTUC FairPrice supermarket chain and board member of Singapore Press Holdings.
Since 1990 he has been the vice-president of the Singapore National Olympic Council, and since 2009 has served as a vice-president of the International Olympic Committee.
In 2013, he was a candidate for the presidency of the International Olympic Committee, but eventually lost to Thomas Bach.
