(born May 1951) is a retired officer and superintendent of the Louisiana State Police from Lafayette Parish, Louisiana, who is a Democratic member of the Louisiana House of Representatives for District 96 in Lafayette, Iberia, and St.
Martin parishes in the southern portion of his state.
He was first elected to the legislature in 2011.
