- Brendan Irvine (born 17 May 1996), nicknamed the "Wee Rooster", is an Irish boxer from Belfast.
- Irvine won a silver medal in the men's 49 kg division at the 2015 European Games.
- Brendan was the first ever medalist for Ireland at the European games.
- Brendan moved up to the 52 kg weight class in 2016 winning another Irish senior title.
- Later during the year in April the Wee rooster himself then qualified for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio, through the European Olympic qualifier in Turkey.
