- Sheikha Intisar Salem Al Ali Al Sabah (born 12 September 1964) is the founder and editorial director of Lulua Publishing and the Founder of Alnowair positivity initiative.
- She is also a member of the consultative board of the United Nations Development Programme bureau in Kuwait, a columnist at Al Qabas Newspaper, and former chairman and managing director of Refrigeration Industries and Storage Company SAK. She cares about women so she has established Intisar Foundation to support women who struggled in wars situation
