Fadil Novalic (born 25 September 1959 in Gradacac) is a Bosnian politician, Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
He is a Bosniak, member of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), for which he seated in the SDA Council and chaired the SDA Board for Economic-Financial Policy. Novalic is an entrepreneur and a mechanical engineer by profession.
He is credited for reviving the automotive industry in Gradacac after the war.
After many years at the helm of Cimos TMD Gradacac, he was dismissed as President of the company due to alleged abuse of power in 2013, following which employees protested against his dismissal.
He is the former chairman of professional football club NK Zvijezda Gradacac.
He was also actively engaged in advising the Gradacac mayor.
He has authored much of SDA's economic programme. In the previous mandate, Novalic was considered as a candidate for the FBiH Prime Minister post, but he withdrew from the race justifying the withdrawal with personal reasons.
