Thomas "Tom" McNeil (born 9 June 1929) is a former Australian rules footballer and politician.
He played with St Kilda in the Victorian Football League (VFL) in 1951 and 1952.
Disappointed with his treatment during his playing career, McNeil was instrumental in the formation of a players union in 1955, the first attempt at a representative body for VFL players.
From 1977 to 1989 he was a member of the Western Australian Legislative Council.
