Mazel Ampareen Lyngdoh (Born May 5, 1965) is an Indian politician who is currently serving as a Member of the Legislative Assembly from Meghalaya since 2008.
She also currently serves as the Chairperson of the Assembly Committee for Empowerment of Women, and as a Secretary of the All India Congress Committee in charge of the state of Mizoram.
She was previously a Cabinet Minister in the Government of Meghalaya for Labour Affairs, Information Technology, Information & Broadcasting, Housing, Urban Development Affairs and Housing between 2013-2018; and for Education between 2009-2013.
She was the sole female M.L.A in the sixty member Meghalaya Legislative Assembly between 2008-2013.
