Zuzana Hejnová (Czech pronunciation: ['zuzana '??jnova?]; born 19 December 1986) is a Czech athlete.
She competes in the 100 metres, the 100 metres hurdles, the 400 metres and the 400 metres hurdles, and also the heptathlon.
She is a two-time World Champion in the 400 metres hurdles, winning in 2013 and 2015. Her sister, Michaela, is also an Olympic athlete.
