Marcelin Lisan (born 15 February 1960) is the mayor of Huahine, French Polynesia and was the representative of Huahine to the Territorial Assembly of French Polynesia from May 2004 to 4 May 2013.
He was mayor of Huahine from 2001 to 2008, and was succeeded by Félix Faatau.
He was again elected as mayor of Huahine in March 2014.
