Francis John Stapylton Habgood QPM (born 19 November 1964) is a senior British police officer.
He was the Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police.
He was appointed in April 2015.
He is also a visiting fellow at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford University.
He holds the Queen's Police Medal.In March, 2019 he retired from his roles as Chief Constable of Thames Valley Police after four years in the post, 15 years within the force and more than 32 years in the police service.
