- Vijay Singh (born 10 May 1962) is an anti-corruption activist in Muzaffarnagar District, Uttar Pradesh, India.
- He has been carrying out a dharna (non-violent protest) against illegal possession of public land by private actors since February 1996.
- His action has been recorded as the longest such protest in various books of records including the Limca Book of Records.
