Naina Sharma (born 21 May 1953) is an Indian sociologist and Professor in the Department of Sociology, Rajasthan University.
She was formerly Director in United Bank of India by Ministry of Finance, New Delhi (2008–2011).
She is currently Nominated as Director, Andhra Bank by Ministry of Finance, New Delhi (December 2013 – December 2016). She is as active member of "RUWA" (Rajasthan University Women Association) for the various problems of women in Rajasthan.
Her current research interests include Moral Education & Social Transformation, Non-Violence, Ethic education and Governance and Peace Education in Schools for a better world.
