Lig club Akhisarspor. Cocalic began his professional career at Željeznicar, before joining Panionios in 2010.
Two years later, he moved to Maccabi Haifa.
In 2015, he was transferred to Mechelen.
Four years later, he signed with Akhisarspor. A former youth international for Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cocalic made his senior international debut in 2015, earning 10 caps until 2017.
