- Alexandru Boc (born 3 June 1946 in Va?cau, Bihor) is a retired Romanian footballer, who played as a defender and won two Liga I titles.
- He was also an occasional film actor, playing alongside great Romanian actors like Toma Caragiu and Gheorghe Dinica in the 1975 comedy movie Nu filmam sa ne-amuzam (We do not film to amuse ourselves) directed by Iulian Mihu.
- As of 2014, he is the vicepresident of the Professional Football League of Romania. In 1969, he was sentenced to two and a half years in prison for having beaten a Securitate officer at a bar.
