Akbar Ayub Khan (born 17 July 1971) is a Pakistani politician and businessman.
He was an MPA representing the PK-50 Haripur-II constituency.Akbar Ayub was born in village Rehana in Haripur District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
He is a Hindkowan of the Tareen tribe.
He was educated at the Army Burn Hall College, Abbottabad, Pakistan, passing high school.Akbar Ayub Khan contested 2013-2014 bye election on PTI ticket, against his rivals Qazi Asad of Pml n and Babar Nawaz Khan independent candidate.
He defeated both the candidates, was elected as mpa and later becoming advisor to CM pervez Khattak for C&W till 2018.
He was again successful in 2018 general elections defeating his rival candidate of Pml n Qazi Asad by huge margin, and was highest vote takers in entire KP province.
After winning 2018 general elections, this time he was appointed as Minister for C&W in CM Mehmood Khans cabinet.
