- Sir Christopher Robert Chope (born 19 May 1947) is a British barrister and Conservative politician.
- He was the Member of Parliament for Christchurch.
- Chope was first elected in 1983 for Southampton Itchen, but lost this seat in 1992 to Labour.
- He returned to Parliament in 1997 and remained an MP until the dissolution of Parliament on 5 November 2019.
- A Brexit advocate, he has been supportive of Leave Means Leave, a Eurosceptic pressure group.At the 2017 General Election , he had the largest majority of any Conservative Member of Parliament.
