- He was the 71 kg-WAKO Russian and world champion, winning both titles in 2011, he is also currently ranked number two in the 71 kg-WAKO Low Kick category.Moiseev is considered as one of the best lightweight prospects in kickboxing, despite the relatively low number of professional fights, the Russian athlete has considerable amateur fight experience.
