About Tuo Zhen
- Tuo Zhen (Chinese: ??; pinyin: Tuo Zhèn; born 9 September 1959) is a Chinese official, serving since July 2015 as the deputy head of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China, and the Chief Editor of the People's Daily, an official newspaper of the CPC since April 2018.
- Tuo is the former provincial propaganda chief of Guangdong Province, during which he was widely known for his involvement in the 2013 Southern Weekly incident.
- He has also served as the vice-president of the state-run Xinhua News Agency.
