- Charles Drayton Baillie (31 July 1902 – November 1984), later Charles Baillie Drayton, was a British swimmer.
- He competed in the men's 100 metre freestyle event at the 1924 Summer Olympics.Baillie was born out of wedlock to Charles Henry Drayton and Harriett Jane Baillie, who married in 1909.He later worked as a carpenter and changed his name to Charles Baillie Drayton.
