Robert Alexander Courts (born 21 October 1978) is a British barrister and Conservative Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Witney since winning the seat at by-election in 2016.
He retained his seat in the 2017 and 2019 general elections.
In August 2019 Courts was appointed Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs.
