- Rafael Ángel Pérez (born 3 July 1946) is a Costa Rican long-distance runner.
- He competed in the marathon at the 1968 Summer Olympics.
- He finished seventh in the 10000 metres at the 1971 Pan American Games and fifth in the 10000 metres and eighth in the marathon at the 1975 Pan American Games.
