Mehmet Fatih Kale (born 30 May 1969) is a Turkish Football and Futsal coach, and known for his contributions to the development of Women's Futsal in Asia.
In 2014, Kale established the first ever women's National Team for the Chinese Taipei Football Association.
His ideas on the "Physiological differences between Men and Women" (in particular : muscular system which effects speed and explosive power), argues that the execution of tactics in Women's game should not be same as Men's game, and new tactics and strategies should be innovated specifically for women.
He was the Technical Director of Futsal Department at Chinese Taipei Football association for a short period of six months in 2017.
Kale was granted Republic of China citizenship in January 2018 due to his contributions to the sports in the country .
