Boguslaw Cygan (3 November 1964 – 15 January 2018) was a Polish footballer (striker) who played for such a clubs as Górnik Zabrze, Stal Mielec or Lausanne Sports.
Cygan was a top goalscorer of Ekstraklasa in the 1994-95 season.
After his playing career he became a football coach.
